Prices range from $14,606,338 MXN for a 2-bedroom residence up to $191,018,805 MXN for the penthouse, giving it the widest range of the two projects. The payment plan is 10% at reservation, 30% during construction based on construction progress milestones, and 60% at closing and delivery.
